Perhaps the easiest thing one can do when describing Colin Kaepernick is to simply dismiss him as just being another disgruntled anti-American, African-American, and no doubt you would be correct.

However Kaepernick is actually a paradox, born in 1987 in Wisconsin to a 19-year old white drug-addled single mother and an African-American father who abandoned them both before Kaepernick was born, he was put up for adoption where a loving white couple raised him as their own and given all the benefits of being raised within a middle-class environment, until ultimately he achieved his goal and thus his own “American Dream,” as a professional football player.

So what went wrong? Perhaps that old Biblical prophecy “sins of the Father” might explain Kaepernick’s sudden transformation into a militant black activist which forecasts “the sins (or iniquities) of one generation passing to another.”

Perhaps Kaepernick for some unknown and bizarre reasoning feels that his biological father is more in keeping with his true identity as an angry and victimized “black man” by embracing a “social justice” cause and donating $25,000 foundation honoring a convicted cop killer, with a pledge to donate another $1 million dollars to “organizations working in oppressed communities.”

According to the The Daily Mail, the former San Francisco 49ers quarterback donated the money to the foundation of Assata Shakur’s daughter.

For those not familiar with the name Assata Shakur she’s a former Black Liberation Army member who murdered New Jersey Trooper Werner Foerster in 1973, and was sentenced to life in prison. However, she escaped in a daring jailbreak fleeing to Cuba and is now living in Cuba as a fugitive.

The details of the shootout have always differed as to whether Shakur actually pulled the trigger when her car was pulled over for a broken taillight. However, when Trooper Foerster began doing a background check on the occupants within the car Shakur’s name immediately popped up as a wanted member of the Black Panther’s with several charges pending, that’s when the firefight broke out killing Foerste and wounding Shakur in the gun battle.

Do you think Kaepernick is attempting a second career as a black political activist?
