Illegal immigrant Juan Jimenez-Olivera, age 30, pleaded guilty to murder, aggravated arson, desecrating human remains, theft, hindering apprehension and tampering with evidence for crimes committed in 2014, however he has only recently gone to trial. But in a JAW-DROPPING decision, he is only facing 30 years in prison. WOW. Someone for another country, here illegally, murders a citizen and they get less than some non-violent criminals.

Another piece to this story is how the victim, 30-year-old Sviatlana Dranko, came to know Juan Jimenez-Olivera; they were co-workers at a New Jersey pizza parlor. So why did a pizza shop hire an illegal that ultimately led to a connection that ended up with someone dead.

Could the pizza shop be culpable for essentially helping to keep this dangerous person in the country. That might be a stretch for some, but to others, employers are to blame for some of the draw of illegals into the country.

Is it possible he used false documents or social security numbers to gain employment, perhaps, but more can be done, not just to keep incidents like this from happening, but from taking jobs away from actual Americans

We are seeing this type of crime more and more as Obama's policy fails and more 'dreamers' keep spilling over our border.
