“For the first time in my adult life, I am really proud of my country because it feels like hope is finally making a comeback.”

Anybody remember that one? That was our FLOTUS, Michelle Obama, some years back when her husband was campaigning. That was a great day in America, wasn’t it? Not really. We all hoped she would just shut up and go away. Instead, as FLOTUS, she has managed to scoff at the flag, gin up racism, and remind us all in so many ways about how much she is disappointed with our great country.

Now, let’s take a look at a potential FLOTUS.

Donald Trump’s wife Melania Knauss-Trump; Model, architect, designer, and philanthropist. Add to these, that unlike Michelle, Melania IS very proud of the United States of America. So much so, that she legally became a naturalized citizen of this country (2006), leaving the lands of her mother-country, Yugoslavia (now Slovenia), behind.

So, on the one hand you have the POTUS’s wife who is barely-there proud of her country, and on the other hand you have the wife of a contender for the presidency who could not wait to become a citizen of our nation.

Obama is a trained attorney and Trump a trained architect, and each are intelligent, of that there is no question.

When considering their merits, there are the charitable causes that the office of FLOTUS comes with.

Obama supports Healthy Child Healthy World (think school lunch programs), Entertainment Industry Foundation (naturally), and PeacePlayers International (bringing children “…from communities in conflict together to play basketball”). Would that be in Baltimore?

Michelle Obama, persona-non-grata.

Trump supports the efforts of the American Red Cross as their Goodwill Ambassador, the Police Athletic League, and Love Our Children USA which fights violence and neglect against kids. With that last one, and in light of her husband’s pro-life stance, we will see a FLOTUS who does not advocate partial birth abortion, or sit silently by.
Melania Trump dreamed of becoming a citizen. It is time for Obama to move out and someone full of American pride, and class, to move in.

Here are some photos of Melania, Donald and their son Barron:
