One can only imagine after viewing this 7-minute video clip of judicial activist and firebrand conservative host Judge Jeanine Pirro indict Hillary Clinton, just how lucky the former Secretary of State and presidential nominee is, in not actually crossing career paths with the popular fox host of “Justice with Judge Jeanine”, when she was an Assistant District Attorney in New York’s Westchester County.

Moreover the good judge had established herself as a tough no-nonsense lawyer, with a reputation of going to the mat, as a skilled prosecutor with an astounding 100% conviction rate, which included a host of violent crimes and felonies.

And like the skilled prosecutor she is, Pirro addressed her viewers as she would a jury during her opening remarks:

“There are two systems of justice in America, one for everyday Americans and one for Hillary Rodham Clinton.”

And then using her skills she began breaking down and analyzing in detail the evidence, however never getting ahead of her presentation, she masterfully took her viewing audience though every nuance of Clinton’s emails when she was Secretary of State, and her actions that followed.

She then methodically began to examine FBI Director James Comey investigative methodology and how his staff processed the evidence, and his odd assertions that Clinton was “extremely careless” with classified material, and then declined to recommend criminal indictment.

Which left the good judge to ask:

“Since when in the history of American criminal justice does one have to announce, ‘Hear ye, hear ye, it is my intent now to commit this crime,’ before he can be held to account?”
