As the NFL season is set to begin the Colin Kaepernick wannabes who refuse to stand for the anthem seems to grow with every game. When Yahoo Sports Evan Doherty interviewed Dak Prescott, he didn't hesitate to attempt to force Prescott into defending his decision to observe and respect the anthem and his country.

Doherty asked Prescott if he felt the need to be a part of protests and Prescott cut to chase instantly.

“No, not at all,” uttered a stone-faced Prescott who clearly didn't appreciate being led down this road knowing all to well the hate that liberal extremists can bring.

Doherty was not satisfied with the answer, so he dug deeper. Prescott, when pressed, made it loud and clear where he stands on the issue with this perfect response.

“I mean, it’s bigger than I think some of us think,” Prescott explained. “It’s just important for me to go out there, hand over my heart, represent our country, and just be thankful, and not take anything I’ve been given and my freedom for granted.”

Check out Prescott in his own voice here:

It's great to hear a black NFL QB who is grateful and proud to be an American and who stands up against the liberal bully crowd. Prescott knows that dishonoring his country is not going to solve any race issues in America. If there is one thing that everyone regardless of race can rally around it is that America is still the greatest nation on earth.
