Hillary Clinton faced an unusual opponent in Monday night's GOP convention. It wasn't Ted Cruz, it wasn't Chris Christie, and it wasn't even Donald Trump.

The strongest opponent to speak out against Clinton in the GOP convention to-date has been Pat Smith, the mother of an information officer who was killed in the Benghazi attacks under Secretary Clinton's leadership.

Smith, in a strong voice, said that Clinton bore direct responsible for the death of her son.

"For all this loss, for all this grief, for all of the cynicism the tragedy in Benghazi has wrought upon American, I blame Hillary Clinton," Smith told the Cleveland GOP crowd.

Smith went even further and called out Clinton for lying about the way that her son died.

She told the story of meeting Clinton at the funeral of her son. While there, Clinton clearly told Smith that the reason her son was killed was because of a film that local militant Islamists took offence to.

Clinton, however, was recounting information that was later proved to be untrue. For Smith, that's a crime that still bears answering.

"Since then, I have repeatedly asked Hillary Clinton to explain to me the real reason why my son is dead. I'm still waiting," said Smith.

Smith then told the GOP convention crowd that she is fully behind Donald Trump. She praised Trump's straight-forward manner and seeming inability to be politically correct as traits that attracted her to the business mogul-turned politician instead of Clinton, a career politician.

"If Hillary Clinton can't give us the truth why should we give her the presidency?"

Smith brings up excellent points against Clinton and, as a woman, her voice gives special credence to the arguments against Clinton.

For some reason, Clinton still manages to keep her cronies close and convince the U.S. that she deserves to be president, simply because she's a woman.

We need to say "Never!" to Hillary. It's time.
