Political correctness is nowadays so much in vogue that people can't even come out and say what they believe to be the main motive in the recent San Bernardino shootings.

On a recent episode of MSNBC's "All In with Chris Hayes," Hayes looked extremely awkward and incompetent as he struggled to maintain his liberal political correctness while being faced with tough facts about the San Bernardino, California shootings.

"The FBI’s been very careful about attributing motive here so far, it seems they really want to make sure they’ve penetrated down to the bedrock before they come out and say anything definitive," said Hayes.

He's not the only member of the liberal media who seems incapable of attributing motive to the only logical place where it belongs: Islamism and radical jihad.

During President Obama's presidential address Sunday evening he also showed a reluctance to attribute blame or motive saying, "It's possible that this was terrorist related. But we don't know."

Liberals on talk shows like Hayes's are trying to ascribe some of the blame from the California shootings onto the term, "workplace violence," as if storming a workplace and shooting multiple victims is somehow related to a physical altercation that gets referred to HR.

According to officials, the male shooter in the San Bernardino incident had a clear background leading him up to the violence. The man attended a mosque and had committed the Koran to memory. He had also recently traveled to Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

To most, those pieces of evidence would clearly point to an act of Islamism-spurred terrorism. However, liberals are far too afraid of confronting a situation where political correctness fails than with actually confronting a problem head-on.

Instead, they would rather toss outreach efforts and interfaith investigations in front of a situation that was clearly fueled by radical Islam. Unbelievable.
