There’s really not much to say after viewing this inspirational video, as always former President Bush is a class act.

And whether you agree or disagree with his decision to go to war in Iraq, one thing is clear after the carnage of 9/11, this president protected the homeland from further attack, and kept America safe.

And his love for America and those that wear the uniform cannot be denied, he has been and still remains the COMMANDER IN CHIEF for those that wear or have worn the uniform.

And on Veteran’s Day especially the former president spent the day with “his” troops paying homage and honoring members of our military.

According to American News, Bush surprised a group of veterans at the George W. Bush Presidential Library & Museum in honor of the holiday, when he walked into the “Oval Office” which is an exact replica of the former president’s original office, and began shaking hands and posing for photos which delighted vets, a far cry from who is currently occupying 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

And it would be safe to assume that the current president has little in common with those that wear the uniform, and by the recent poll numbers (about 10% approval) it would seem that the feeling is mutual.

Good bless President Bush, for giving up his political agenda, and personal ambitions and perhaps his legacy in order to keep America safe…history will record he was a true patriot!
