We've all seen the video’s on the internet of some low-life punk walking past an unsuspecting individual and being sucker punched to the ground. It’s a dangerous and lethal game because of the very nature of being suddenly hit, usually from behind, and falling to the ground, without any advanced warning, laterally being “knocked out” on your feet, and then crashing to the ground.
In yet another incident a 35-year-old Spartanburg man reportedly came up behind an 80-year-old woman in the checkout line of a grocery store and knocked her to the ground in what is fast becoming a growing trend called the “knockout game” among the low-life thugs.
The elderly victim also told police that the man never said a single word and simply walked away after knocking her to the ground. Curtis Styles was identified by store employees as the attacker. Styles’s face was also clearly visible on store surveillance cameras. Deputies arrested Styles at his home. He was charged with third-degree assault.
In another incident a 33-year-old punk punched a pregnant woman in the face so hard that she lost consciousness. But the creep was quickly arrested, just blocks away, cops said Friday.
