U.S. Women’s Gymnasts Told NOT To Praise God, What They Did Instead Is Incredible…
It seems that the 4th estate (the media), is no longer interested in simply reporting the news, they’re now attempting in becoming an intricate part in creating news.
And although the media went out of its way in it’s coverage of Ibtijah Muhammad, the first American woman to wear a hijab while competing.
However there were far more inspirational stories that didn’t receive the attention from the liberal and no doubt secular press, and perhaps the subject matter may have left them a bit queasy.
The subject matter of course being faith, and how for example Simone Biles who was born into a fractured home of drugs and abuse, was rescued and adopted from foster care, to become an Olympic champion.
Biles recently tweeted this message to her friends and fans “’Do Not Be Afraid’ is repeated in the Bible 365 times, this is a daily reminder from God to live everyday FEARLESS.”
Biles shared this tweet back in 2014; “Your talent is God’s gift to you. What you do with it is your gift back to God.”
And then there’s 20-year old Gabby Douglas, who works out daily to Christian-music.
Stating during an interview;
“Faith plays a very big role in my life, “I don’t know where I would be without it today. And my mom always exposed me and my siblings to being a Christian and the bible. I was watching back and looking at the Olympics and my mouth is moving—and that’s me praying.”
