Trey Gowdy: America Doesn’t Need To Apologize To Law Breakers For Enforcing Immigration Laws
At a immigration hearing Trey Gowdy said something that seems fairly obvious although Obama doesn't seem to understand this basic point. Namely that the United States doesn't need to apologize to law breakers for Enforcing Immigration Laws.
A sovereign country should never apologize for having a secure border anymore than this Congress apologizes for having metal detectors at every single entrance point,”
Gowdy also attacked Obama for intentionally failing to enforce border security.
“A sustainable immigration solution, needs to have mechanisms to ensure that the president … cannot simply turn off the switch on enforcement.”
