Tomi Lahren Makes This One ‘KKK’ Tweet, Black Community OUTRAGED
After the tragic shooting in Dallas that resulted in 5 cops slain during a blacklivesmatter protest people with all types of political views have been displaying very heated responses.
One very vocal public conservative figure tweeted a number of statements about the killing of the 5 officers. One tweet in particular is receiving very emotionally charged responses from many members of the blacklivesmatter movement.
Tomi Lahren from the Blaze compared the blacklivesmatter group to a different race driven group, the Ku Klux Klan, in this controversial tweet.
"Meet the new KKK, they call themselves ‘Black Lives Matter’ but make no mistake their goals are far from equality," Lahren wrote in her tweet with the hashtags #bluelivesmatter and #Dallas.

The tweet, which originally went on on Thursday night shortly after the killing in Dallas, has since been deleted but before it was many members of the BLM community saw it and were outraged. Many labeled Lahren as a "racist" calling her a "horrible person." While others demanded her resignation from television and even signed a petition citing that she should be fired for "attacking" the black community.

Comparing the BLM movement to the Ku Klux Klan was a very controversial call but she is not totally off base with some of her points about how many members of the BLM group do not actually want equality or justice, only "revenge" on white officers in the form of violence and murder.
That's not to say that all members of the BLM movement are motivated by violence but their message that the police force being at fault for hardships felt by many minority communities certainly isn't helping race relations or defusing any tensions between police and the black community. In fact it's messages like this that can lead to some of the extremists in the movement to take violent action like the racist sniper in Dallas.
Lahren has not made any apologies for her statements and continues to stand in solidarity with our nation's police force.
Please share this on Facebook and let us know if you think Lahren's comparison was too far.
