There’s no doubt that Obama’s unprecedented and unconstitutional overreach has caused irreparable damage to our Republic, that will take many years to recover, if at all.

That fragile “balance of power” is the cornerstone of America’s unique method of governance, which divides power equally among its three branches, so that no one branch becomes the unbridled center of power.

Obama has changed that unique method of governance, by once again intruding into matters traditionally reserved to the states, and rather than state legislators pushing back, perhaps an army of disenfranchised citizens may finally checkmate this out of control administration, on the personal and emotional issue of allowing “transgender students” to use whatever bathroom facility they feel comfortable with regardless of their biological sexuality.

Rodney Cavness, the Superintendent of Port Neches-Groves in Texas, told 12News that he cannot tolerate the mixing of males and females in his schools restrooms because of safety concerns.

Saying emphatically; “He ain’t my president and he can’t tell me what to do. That letter is going straight to the paper shredder. I have 5 daughters myself and I have 2,500 girls in my protection. Their moms and dads expect me to protect them. And that is what I am going to do.?

There’s little doubt that the American people have had it with the political ruling class, if anything the meteoric rise of Donald Trump, is the outgrowth of a political system that no longer respects the will of the people, and of an administration that’s simply out-of-control.

Cavness isn't the only Texan who is standing up against Obama's transgender decree:
