One would assume that Terry McAuliffe the Democratic Governor of Virginia, has a communications director, those folks that are media savvy, and perhaps an understanding of public opinion?

And perhaps that why “asinine commits” by gun control advocates like the good governor of Virginia who is protected by a 24/7 wall of gun-toting security, is always a cause for humor.

The hypocrisy simply overwhelms those critical thinking Americans, who immediately realize what is actually being advocated by this group, is that prominent politicians  and those within an elite class are more entitled to be protected than those less worthy.

However a Republican legislator is coming up with a new proposal: if McAuliffe is so afraid of guns, than he’ll take away his armed security.

Senator Bill Carrico (R-VA) told the Herald-Courier on Tuesday once the new session commences next month, he and other legislators will counter this move and other anti-gun measures brought forth by the McAuliffe administration.

Speaking on the record, Carrico continued: “A lot of the governor’s power is deferred to the General Assembly at that point and I’ll be getting with my colleagues to circumvent everything this governor has done on this point.”

Carrico added, “I have a budget amendment that I’m looking at to take away his executive protection unit. If he’s so afraid of guns, then I’m not going to surround him with armed state policemen.”

Obviously “hypocrites” like McAuliffe need to be confronted, and this is perhaps the only way to bring this guy down a few notches, and actually feel what every day citizens feel in a dangerous world…”vulnerable”!
