More People Are Raising Questions About Scalia’s Sudden Death
Antonin Scalia was one of the strongest proponents of freedom and conservative values in America's history. Unfortunately, with the great man's passing, he leaves only his legacy and a vacancy on an already liberal-tinged court.
It's the fact that Scalia's death comes as such a perfect time for Obama to appoint a new, liberal judge before he leaves office, that is causing many to question whether or not Scalia's death was "natural causes" as many have supposed.
The Supreme Court Justice had, according to his Washington, D.C. doctor, been feeling ill several days before departing for a hunting trip in Texas. While hunting at the Cibolo Creek Ranch, witnesses say that Scalia retired to his bed early, complaining of not feeling well.
When other guests noticed that Scalia missed both breakfast and lunch the following day, they entered his room and found him lying on his bed with unwrinkled clothes and a pillow over his head. It's the pillow and the unwrinkled clothes that are suspicious.
Scalia was pronounce dead, not by a doctor, but by a Presidio County, Texas judge. As radio host Michael Savage pointed out, that is one of the many mysteries surrounding Scalia's death.
"There was no medical examiner present. There was no one who declared the death who was there. It was done by telephone from a U.S. Marshal appointed by Obama himself," said Savage in a piece on his radio show.
With Scalia gone from the court, there is a strong 4-4 divide between liberal and conservative justices. Obama, however, has vowed to appoint a new Supreme Court Justice to the court before his last term in office is completed, even though conservatives across the country are calling for him to wait and let the next president, a president chosen by the American people, make the appointment.
It's all a little too clean and prepared, if you ask me. Scalia dies, Obama gets to appoint another liberal judge, and America's freedoms are disappearing. This definitely deserves a second look.
