As American citizens, we should all be concerned regarding Executive overreach, in that regardless of the party in power unabridged presidential power threatens the very essence of our democracy.

President Obama’s well-publicized abuse of government institutions like the Department of Justice, the FBI, and the IRS, targeting private citizens with a different political philosophy using intimidation and threats to simply further his political agenda was morally wrong and perhaps even criminal, and should have been vigorously investigated by Congress, which actually highlights a much wider issue regarding a lack of leadership and accountability concerning oversight.

This astounding revelation in March regarding Obama’s political slush fund should outrage us all, moreover using once again the Department of Justice as an “organized crime syndicate skimming money from large companies and redirecting those funds to left-wing activist groups, is reminiscent of the 1995 blockbuster movie “Casino” and how organized crime in the 1970’s and 80’s infiltrated the Tangiers Casino in Vegas, stealing untold millions of dollars.

The Obama gang would make secretive settlement agreements with large companies, and then directing those companies to funnel those funds to nonprofit left-wing activist groups like National Council of La Raza, National Urban League, and National Community Reinvestment Coalition, instead of funneling the cash to the victims in question or the Treasury Department.

However on Wednesday Attorney General Jeff Sessions ended another Obama corrupt practice, which by any reasonable standard would have sent this piece of trash to prison, if he were not a former president.

“When the federal government settles a case against a corporate wrongdoer, any settlement funds should go first to the victims and then to the American people — not to bankroll third-party special interest groups or the political friends of whoever is in power,” said Sessions in a statement.

Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch also weighed in saying: "Advocates for big government and progressive power are using the Justice Department to extort money from corporations," it’s a shakedown. It’s corrupt, pure and simple."
