This One State Looks To Use National Guard To Stop Syrian Refugees From Coming To The US
If Congress won’t stop President Obama, then the independent states of this country will.
With respect to the incoming Syrian “refugee” invasion, Tennessee is stepping up to tell Obama to step off.
Members of the Tennessee state legislature has no qualms calling up the National Guard to shutter their border, while simultaneously better investigate the 30 refugees already in-state.
The reason being, in part, is as follows;
“The ISIS headquarters said we are embedding terrorists in refugees and they’re coming to the U.S. The FBI director today said that we may have missed those that are associated with ISIS or are ISIS trained that are currently in the country in our vetting process,” according to Tennessee Representative Glen Casada.
For starters, Casada wants the 30 refugees already present in the state to go back to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and be re-evaluated for everyone’s safety.
He, rightfully sees it as Tennessee’s responsibility, in the absence of Washington to do this;
“We need to activate the Tennessee National Guard to stop them from coming to the state by whatever means we can,” because, “Tennessee is a sovereign state. If the federal government is forsaking the obligation to protect our citizens, we need to act.”
For the record, Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam had already put a halt to accepting refugees.
It will be interesting to see how all this plays out, because we all know that whatever King Obama wants, he tends to get.
In the meantime, we can look to Tennessee to lead the way in how to go about protecting us from Obama’s outrageous plan that endangers us all.
