Within hours of the brutal attacks in Paris, French President Francois Hollande took to the airwaves to assure a shocked, confused and frightened nation that France “will be merciless toward the barbarians of Islamic State group” then pausing a moment describing the attack as an “act of war”.

Now simply contrast that impassioned speech in rallying a nation against the Islamic barbarians, by the obvious disconnect shown by President Obama.

In "Obama-land", the enemy isn’t ISIS, nor radical extremists or Islamic terrorists; the enemies are those “American legislators” and perhaps even a majority of Americans that want at the very least a pause in allowing Syrian refugees into the country.

However not content with referencing the bloodbath in Paris, as a “setback” Obama was once again on the attack with those that disagree with his reckless policy, this time suggesting that Republicans were somehow responsible for terrorists acts, because they have the audacity to question his policies.

He then doubled down by once again attempting to sell his insane policy by dusting off the “Holy Grail of Progressivism” by pointing out just how heartless those who oppose his views stating; “Apparently they are sacred of widows and orphans coming into the United States of America, at first, they were too scared of the press being too tough on them in the debates. Now they are scared of three-year old orphans. That doesn’t seem so tough to me.”

The reference in his speech to “widows and orphans” was designed to taunt the GOP over their opposition to flooding America with Syrian refugees and which ISIS has promised to seed within that group, hidden terrorists.

However the irony of playing the blame game is that it sometimes backfires. And no sooner than Obam’s “widow and orphan” analogy, a female suicide bomber in Paris blew herself up as police closed in on the reminding cell.

Moreover while our delusional Commander-in-Chief seems fixated on the Republicans, there’s a growing chorus of influential Democrats speaking out against putting America in harm's way Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) is the latest to voice her concerns.
