“I actually think I’m a pretty good president. I think if I ran I could win, ... but I can’t!” Obama's delusion about himself and his legacy is getting stronger in the closing months of his 8 years of flip-flopping failures. This time, while on a visit to Africa, Obama remarked “There’s a lot I’d like to do to keep America moving,” but reminded African officials of Americans 22nd constitutional amendment limiting the Presidency to just two terms.

The point of his message was to encourage African leaders to step down after repeated terms, yet Obama wasn't going to miss an opportunity to inflate his otherwise over inflated ego.
