Members of the Obama Administration are desperately looking for civil rights violations after a Florida gun store owner made a decision to refuse to sell weapons and firearms to members of the Muslim faith.

Andy Hallinan is the owner of Florida Gun Supply. Hallinan enacted the ban against selling guns to Muslims after a Muslim man opened fire at a Naval recruitment center in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Hallinan announced his decision on a Facebook post where he also called out Americans for being too quick to judge based on political correctness. "I have a moral and legal responsibility to ensure the safety of all patriots in my community," Hallinan stated in his remarks.

He mentioned that he won't be implementing a practice of questioning his store patrons on whether or not they are Muslim, but he said that he would determine if anyone posed a threat in purchasing a gun and then would deny them the weapon.

"I will not arm and train those who wish to do harm to my fellow patriots," he said, referring to the recent shootings by Muslim Mohammad Youssef Abdulazeez.

Hallinan has appeared on CNN and other news outlets to defend his position, something that he believes is within his right as a business owner and a patriot.

Obama, for his part, has sent the Justice Department calling and they are currently hard at work looking for legal loopholes by which they can prosecute Hallinan.

But while the federal government is seeking to prosecute, Hallinan's stand for liberty and American safety has become a smash hit with his video announcement garnering thousands of views. It's reassuring to know that the everyday Americans who care about the safety of our country will stand behind someone taking a stand.

However, it's equally disturbing that the government is actively seeking ways to harm someone who has made a decision that will provide greater protection for everyone.
