Former President Barack Obama is perhaps the most extreme case of “narcissistic personality disorder” within presidential history. The condition by actual clinical definition; “is a term that describes a person with an over-inflated ego who thinks that they are better than other people. Narcissism can be tricky to define because it has two separate but related meanings. The first is the more casual use of the term, usually used to describe a person who thinks very highly of themselves and brags about their abilities frequently. The second is a clinical term, which is usually referenced as a symptom of a mental health diagnosis.”

Although it’s difficult to determine which category Obama falls into, one thing is abundantly clear, the former president has little respect regarding the intricate and time-consuming process of governance required in passing meaningful legislation.

DACA is an excellent example of how Obama attempted to govern, by actually circumventing the legislative process, using executive orders in lieu of doing the burdensome task of actually “getting his hands dirty” and working with members of Congress, thus we have this “short-cut artist” now criticizing President Trump for dialing back another one of his miss-advantages in governance.

The former president took to Facebook on Tuesday calling the president’s action “cruel” and “self-defeating” while he praised DACA recipients as “patriots who pledge allegiance to our flag.”

He continued his apparent meltdown with a long and rambling post suggesting that DACA recipients as some of America’s “best and brightest young people,” then stating “Kicking them out won’t lower the unemployment rate.”

He concluded his post by hitting all the Obama talking points, regarding morals and basic human decency and a more “perfect union.”

However what Obama didn’t say is perhaps the reason why America is at this crossroad regarding immigration reform, in that the former president when he took office in 08, had a Democratic majority in both houses of Congress, and could have passed a meaningful immigration bill if he simply worked at it, however Obama envisioned himself as something more, a lot more, perhaps akin to being the first African-American “king.”

And arrogantly announced to Congress when things didn't immediately go his way; “We are not just going to be waiting for legislation in order to make sure that we're providing Americans the kind of help that they need. I've got a pen, and I've got a phone. And I can use that pen to sign executive orders and take executive actions and administrative actions that move the ball forward.”
