The specifics were provided by Judicial Watch showing the percentage of total registered voters compared to the number of adults over the age of 18 in the eleven counties.

Imagine the surprise of California’s Secretary of State Alex Padilla when he was informed of shocking (!) information about a small problem that occurred with his state’s voter rolls in the 2016 election.

The Election Integrity Project has released information proving that 11 California counties have more voters than they do citizens.

This revelation indicates that the state may be failing to comply with the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) that requires states to maintain accurate voter registration lists.

Unsurprisingly, the California Secretary of State has been a vocal opponent of President Trump’s Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity seeking to investigate possible voter fraud in last year’s election.

Here is the rundown:

Imperial (102%), Lassen (102%), Stanislaus (102%), Monterey (104%), Santa Cruz (109%), Yolo (110%), San Mateo (111%), Solano (111%), Los Angeles (112%), San Francisco (114%), San Diego (138%).

The data also suggests that the numbers in Los Angeles County could be as high as 144 percent more voters than citizens within the county.

In a letter to the Secretary of State’s Office giving notice of intent to sue, Judicial Watch has demanded that Padilla remove “persons who have become ineligible to vote by reason of death, change in residence, or a disqualifying criminal conviction, and to remove noncitizens who have registered to vote unlawfully.”

The watchdog group has given Padilla 14 days to respond and 90 days to comply with the federal law by correcting the alleged violations.

Padilla has not commented on either the possibility of a lawsuit or the underlying claims proving that California does, indeed, have a problem with voter fraud.

Please SHARE on Facebook to let others know the extent of voter fraud just within the State of California. President Trump's Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity must be allowed to do its job investigating the problem nationwide.
