VIDEO: Mother of Benghazi Victim BLASTS Hillary in New T.V. Interview
Hillary Clinton is working on going down as the dirtiest politician that's ever lied to secure someone's vote. Her campaign speeches are so full of half-truths and misinformation that even Democrats are cringing when she gets up to speak at rallies or debates.
But Hillary's record is nowhere more sullied than in connection to the Benghazi, Libya attacks where four Americans were killed during her tenure as Secretary of State.
The deaths are tragic and a national tragedy. But maybe even worse are the lies that Hillary told the families of the victims and the people of the United States.
Patricia Smith, the mother of one of the Benghazi victims, has recently come forward to tell her story about Clinton's lying.
Smith says that Clinton approached her during the coffin ceremony of her son and, wrapping her arms around Smith, said that her son's death was caused by an anti-Islamic video that was being shown in the area.
"She told me it was the fault of the video. I said ‘’are you sure?’ She says ‘yes, that’s what it was… it was the video.’ And she knew full well it wasn’t at that time," Smith recounted.
Clinton, for her part, has openly called Smith a liar and said that Smith was "absolutely wrong" about Smith's account of the story.
However, why would Smith come forward and lie about something like this and put her name on the line? What does she have to gain but reveal the honest truth about the situation.
Clinton's lie was revealed when, during a deposition involving the emails from her private server, it was revealed that she and the State Department knew that the attack was planned. "We know the attack in Libya had nothing to do with the film. It was a planned attack — not a protest," said an email from Clinton to an Egyptian official.
Yet she chose to lie to a grieving mother to propagate a narrative. This woman wants to be president and she can't even tell the simple, straight truth. There is no place for that in America. None!
