Any fair-minded and reasonable individual after viewing the preponderance of evidence against Hillary Clinton, can only reach one conclusion, "guilty!" And yet there’s Hillary Clinton the Democratic nominee actually running for the presidency, while many individuals who have done far less are sitting behind bars.

The recent documents uncovered and reported by the AP, is simply the tip the iceberg between the cozy relationship of the Clinton Foundation and the State Department, in which the Foundation was used as both a slush fund for the Clinton’s while also selling access (with apparently Ocama’s blessing), and political favors, for a price.

“Extortion” is on of those nasty words used when identifying those within an organized crime syndicate, and who better to understand it than a former United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York than Rudy Giuliani who prosecuted pivotal cases during the 1980’s against the Mafia, that finally brought down the kingpin of organized crime John Gotti.

And it now appears that some on Capital Hill are finally taking notice of Giuliani’s call for a special prosecutor to investigate the Clinton Foundation.

Alabama Sen. Jeff Sessions appearing on CNN noted that the FBI apparently neglected to fully investigate the relationship between the Foundation and the State Department.

Speaking with CNN host Alisyn Camerota, Sessions said; “The fundamental thing is you cannot be secretary of state of the United States of America and use that position to extort or to seek contributions to your private foundation,”

He continued:

“That is a fundamental violation of law and that does appear to have happened. Why are these people in countries that are very poor giving millions of dollars, even hundreds of millions of dollars, to a foundation that doesn’t benefit them in any direct way or the people in their country?”
