American Sniper

"American Sniper" was released to the general public in most movie theaters on December 25, 2014. Despite the late date in 2014, it is still outperforming in the box office for any other film released for that entire year. It even surpassed the juggernaut money maker, Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 and claiming the title of the highest grossing film for 2014.

Eastwood and CooperThe $58 million dollar film, directed by Clint Eastwood, was nominated for 6 Oscars, but only winning one for Best Sound Editing from a Liberal saturated Hollywood. Staring Bradley Cooper as the Navy Seal Chris Kyle, one of the most dangerous snipers in America, the film faced massive criticism from people like Michael Moore.

Moore tweeted that all snipers were actually cowards, quickly followed by the likes of Seth Rogan, who compared the movie to Nazi propaganda films like Tarantino's Inglorious Basterds in 2009.

Instead of shying people away, Americans converged upon theaters from sea to shining sea, out-grossing every other film ever released in 2014, and is still expected to surpass $350 million, with a world-wide take of more than $500 million. American Sniper will be the first R rated film to take that number one slot since "Saving Private Ryan" in 1998.

Get some bubble-wrap and step on it. It's the same sound you'll hear in Hollywood as Liberal heads pop from one executive studio to the next. They couldn't kill the momentum by word of mouth, or unleashing the fat Michael Moore bomb, or by snubbing "American Sniper" in a large way during the Oscar Awards. Even Seth Rogan did some back-peddling when the winds of popularity propelled the war drama to the top in record time.

Chris Kyle was a man of integrity and raw courage. People like Moore, like all other Liberals who wouldn't know the difference between a real clip and an ammunition magazine, can't begin to understand the sacrifices it takes to be an effective sniper. Unlike most battlefield fighting conditions, a sniper actually gets to see their targets up close. Their expressions, just before the trigger is carefully squeezed. It's highly personal, and on any level of human conscious, a touch more difficult to cope with than average. Only the knowledge that a sniper is saving lives by removing evil men from the world is what keeps them going with conviction.

Conviction and courage to Liberals is the same as sunlight and holywater is to Dracula. They can't stand it, react in a very bad way, and show absolutely no shame when they know how wrong they have behaved. Something tells me that "American Sniper" will continue to burn Liberals to the bone for years to come, and that is one hell of a comforting thought.
