“I am envious of your staff’s ability to get information from this administration in less than 45 minutes on a weekend.  This is something the majority Members struggle to do on weekdays.  Perhaps you would be willing to help us gain access to the information the Committee has been seeking from the administration for over half a year now.”

In other words, Representative Elijah Cummings (D-MD), go do some more brown-nosing and get us some information we can work with, because you seem to be a shoe-in lap-dog for the Administration, and we can surely use your talents in this regard.

That quote above is attributed to Representative Trey Gowdy (R-SC), heading up the Benghazi committed that is presently looking into Hillary Clinton’s use of a personal email server, stored someone else’s bathroom, to do her “business” as the Secretary of State.

Gowdy closed an October 7th bitch-slap of a letter to Cummings following his juvenile attempt to smear Gowdy and the committee for their investigative procedures.

Cummings alleges that since the CIA did not redact information pertaining to a recent email regarding the name of an operative exchanged between Clinton and Sidney Blumenthal, that the point is moot;

“…the State Department consulted with the CIA on this production, the CIA reviewed these documents, and the CIA made no redactions to protect classified information.”

Gowdy, in turn replies to Cummings that, “…rather than attempt to create an impression that is misleading based on an incomplete and selective recitation of the facts.”

In other word, do your job as Ranking Member, and quit manipulating said facts, and that while the CIA chose not to redact, the committee will, so as to “…protect sensitive information.”

He then reminds Cummings;

“As you will recall we had this same conversation when we received a letter from you we found troubling as it relates to the naming of certain assets.  We did the responsible thing which was come to you, alert you to the issue, and allow for that information to be withdrawn and or otherwise not made public…”

In short-shut up Elijah.
