German Politician Calls For Shooting Migrants At The Border If They Try To Force Entry Illegally
There’s an old adage that goes something like this “for every extreme action, there’s an equal and extreme reaction” and what Germany is witnessing are the fruits of Chancellor Angela Merkel’s insane open border policy and the equally insane response from the leader of a right-wing party which has come under fire for suggesting refugees who try to cross the border illegally should be shot.
Frauke Petry, 40, principal speaker for Alternative für Deutschland – Alternative for Germany – said in an interview that a police officer must ‘make use of his firearm’ to stop illegal border crossings.
Ms. Petry a member of the AFD’s right-wing faction has seen the support for her party increase in recent months as public opinion has changed on Germany’s migration policy.
There’s no doubt that Chancellor Merkel has put the well-being of illegal refugees above the wellbeing of the German people, and the continued onslaught of marauding bands of Muslim migrants attacking, robbing and sexually assaulting woman has been well documented.
However the attempted cover-up by the German government is perhaps the most troubling of all.
Thus the equally insane response by Ms Petry; “no policeman wants to fire on a refugee and I don’t want that either. But the last resort includes the use of armed force.”
Germany has seen nearly 1.1 million asylum-seekers enter the country last year and the AfD has been gaining in support as more people question whether the government will be able to deal with the influx.
As Chancellor Angela Merkel has been criticized for her refusal to reverse her ‘open doors’ migration policy, Ms Petry’s AfD has grown.
A poll last week found that more than 11% of the German population would vote AfD, as support for Merkel’s coalition government dropped down to 37%.
Moreover there’s little doubt in light of the recent terrorist attacks in Brussels, that Merkel’s popularity well continue spiraling downward.
Meanwhile, neighboring Austria has announced that it will step up deportations of migrants and is adding Morocco, Algeria and other states to a list of countries it deems safe, enabling it to send people back there more quickly.
