NFL untouchable Colin Kaepernick has been floundering about as a free agent as team after team will have nothing to do with him or his radical politics.

Denver Broncos General Manager John Elway this week put to bed rumors that he is considering signing with Kaepernick.

"Rumor of us being interested in anyone other than the QBs we have is another example of irresponsible, fake news!!" the Elway tweeted.

Loyal Broncos fans have even threatened to desert the Broncos if Kaepernick is signed on.

Adam tweeted: "You wanna know how to lose me as a lifelong Broncos fan and season ticket holder? Start mixing politics with sports and I'm out Mr. Elway."

The NFL orphan Kapernick received the same cold shoulder from the Baltimore Ravens and the Miami Dolphins. And so it will continue until Kaepernick, 29, issues a public apology and a promise to keep his politics apart from sports.

Don't count on that ever happening, though. Kaepernick, former quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers, has said as much.

"If they take football away, my endorsements from me, I know that I stood up for what is right," Kaepernick told one media outlet.

In literal terms, Kaepernick didn't stand up for his principles -- he remained kneeling -- during performances of the national anthem to protest so-called racist policing. His actions were tantamount to flipping the bird to millions of patriotic Americans.

As it turns out, the NFL is refusing to kneel at the feet of Kaepernick and his political correctness by refusing to hire him.

"While Kaepernick has a right to tell us what's on his mind, he has no inherent right to be backup QB making over $100 million in the NFL," said David Harsanyi, writing in The Federalist.

Kaepernick seems better suited for a career in leftist politics, because it looks as though his career in professional football is at an end.
