There is no doubt that Democratic Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton should be indicted for violating the Espionage Act, however will she, is another issue.

To indict Clinton requires a backbone, and whether FBI Director James Comey has the stuff that separates the patriot from the bureaucrat, remains to be seen.

The undisputed evidence is there, and aside from the thousands upon thousands of top-secret emails willfully mishandled, Clinton then allowed her attorney and others without top-secret clearance to handle and store those documents, further compromising national security.

However what’s even more troubling is how California Congressman Darrell Issa, is framing the dialog saying “I think the FBI director would like to indict both Huma [Abedin] and Hillary as we speak,” which perhaps suggests a decision has already been reached, and perhaps a “backbone” may indeed be needed.

Issa went on to explain: “I think he’s [FBI Director James Comey] in a position where he’s being forced to triple-time make a case of what would otherwise be, what they call, a slam dunk,” he added.

Which of course sounds like political spin, Issa concluded by saying: “There’s no question, she knew she had a responsibility and she circumvented it.

She circumvented it a second time when she knowingly let highly classified material get onto emails in an unclassified format.”

Patriot or bureaucrat, we’ll soon find out!
