This may indeed come as a surprise to many, in that “Lady Justice” is seldom blind towards the rich and powerful.

If anything the well rehearsed drama displayed by conflicted FBI Director James Comey was in part a realization by him that he would go public with what amounted to a tortured and convoluted interpretation of US Code, Section 793, in order to justify his recommendation of no indictment, and no doubt to a respected career law enforcement agent this must have been an agonizing process, in betraying your own core principles.

However what is more troubling than Comey’s betrayal is his attempt to whitewash Clinton’s misdeeds by suggesting “we cannot find a case that would support bringing criminal charges on these facts.”

When in fact nothing could be further from the truth, in that Bryan H. Nishimura, 50, of Folsom, was charged, less than a year ago by James Comey’s FBI, for the same misdeeds as Clinton’s, only Nishimura is now serving two years of probation, a $7,500 fine, and has been ordered to surrender any currently held security clearance and to never again seek such a clearance.

Nishimura was charged under Section 793, with “unauthorized removal and retention of classified materials” without malicious intent, the same exact verbiage used by Comey, in exonerating Clinton, and with obviously a far different outcome then Nishimura’s.

The FBI has staged nothing more than theater while all along the fix to let Hillary avoid prosecution was assured from the beginning.

SHARE this on Facebook. Hillary may have avoided jail for now but she needs to be kept as far away from the White House as possible.
