Everyone who has worked in business is familiar with the goals set by management as benchmarks – hitting sales quotas or reducing the number of sick days, to improve the performance of the company.

Staff who are able to deliver provable results often receive plaques to hang on the office wall in recognition of meeting or exceeding the stated goals, and apparently Planned Parenthood is no different, operating on the same quota and performance model as a car plant or the Department of Motor Vehicles.

With the award of a certificate from Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains to its Aurora office for exceeding the number of visits over the previous year, the abortion provider clearly puts itself on the same level as any other business encouraging its staff members to increase its productivity.

Planned Parenthood’s productivity is measured by the number of lives ended.

The certificate, printed on Planned Parenthood letterhead, framed and signed, reads:

This award was given to their Aurora clinic for “exceeding abortion visits first half of fiscal year 2012 compared to first half of fiscal year 2013.

The staff are apparently so proud of their achievement that they display the framed certificate in the public waiting room for all to see how hard they are working to perform more and more abortions every year.

The Rocky Mountain affiliate of Planned Parenthood is the second largest in the United States and, significantly, the Aurora offices are in largely African-American area within the region.

A former employee posted the photograph of the award along with her reflections about the quotas that are established by Planned Parenthood.

Many abortion supporters refused to believe it, citing that surely Planned Parenthood wants abortion to be safe, legal and RARE. If they want something to be RARE, they certainly wouldn’t have quotas, right?”
