Chick-fil-A Opened On Sunday In Orlando To Feed Blood Donors After Terror Attack
While it may seem to the casual observer based on the overwhelming biased media coverage that there’s a real hostility between Chick-fil-A and the gay community, in truth the perceived hostility is not by, and never has been by Chick-fil-A.
The Christian-owned company has never discriminated against anyone, they simply follow their own Christian beliefs, which is exactly what they did on Sunday, showing charity and doing what traditional Christians do, reaching out to all in need.
Moreover the tragic event that took place in Orlando simply reaffirms Christian teaching, proving once again that performing good deeds – aside from making a great chicken sandwich – is indeed what Chick- fil-A is all about.
The restaurant, which is traditionally closed on Sunday in observance of their Christian faith, decided to provide some comfort food to those individuals waiting in long lines to give blood to the victims fighting for their lives in local hospitals.
On the Chick-fil-A Facebook page employees posted: “A few members of our awesome team decided to go into work on a Sunday and make some food for people waiting in line to donate blood, we love our city and love the people in our community.”
The irony, of course, is that while Christians are constantly vilified and attacked by secular progressives as being anti-gay, a deranged Islamic extremist did the unthinkable and followed the sickening teachings within the Koran, killing innocent people many of whom were gay… it is Christians who open their arms providing comfort food for those in need. Ironic isn’t it?
