The Bowe “treasonous leach” Bergdahl swap for five terrorist masterminds, one of whom is now running part of Al-Qaeda, was against the law.

According to the recently concluded Housed Armed Services Committee investigation report, “…there were rumors that on-again, off-again talks about a prisoner exchange, which had broken down several years earlier, might be underway again, but the administration repeatedly suggested to reports and to Congress that nothing significant was going on.”

Imagine that.

The POTUS and his Administration, to include the DOD, misleading anybody? Couldn’t be.
"Our report finds that the Administration clearly broke the law in not notifying Congress of the transfer," according to committee chairman, Rep. Mac Thornberry (R-Texas).

That statement is more than mildly disturbing. It is almost as if the issue wasn’t the traitor-for-terrorist exchange as much as it was that Obama didn’t ring up Congress to let them know before he did it.

Seems like some mis-placed priorities on Congress’ part.

Representative Vicky Hartzler (R-MO), chairwoman of the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations says the inquiry leave a lot unanswered and one thing made very clear;”…we now know to what extent this Administration is willing to go to achieve political goals.”
