BREAKING: Shootout In NYC Leads To Police Taking Down Suspect In Chelsea Bombing
The FBI has released the name and image of the main suspect in the Chelsea bombing this past weekend. They labeled him as "armed and dangerous" when his identity was first revealed. Luckily, it would seem that after a violent shootout the terrorist victim can finally be put to justice.
Reports are indicating that there was just a shootout between the primary suspect in the recent terrorist attacks in Manhattan. The bombing happened in the Chelsea neighborhood in New York City.
The primary suspect has been named as being Afghan-born American citizen Ahmad Khan Rahami. Rahami reportedly placed explosive devices around New York City and in the nearby Jersey City in New Jersey.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo said this past Monday that he believed the bombings to potentially have connections to foreign terrorist organizations. He said this in his statement:
"Today I believe we’re going to find out that [the bombing] was influenced by foreign sources."
Luckily, after a recent shootout it would appear that police have finally captured Rahami, alive.
Rahami was shot twice by police, once in the arm and once in the leg. Photos from a source close to the shootout show Rahim on the ground subdued with his injuries.
These pictures are consistent with similar reports detailing how the terror suspect was shot twice and has suffered non life-threatening injuries.
Two officers were also injured during the shooting. Luckily, it appears that they will both survive their wounds.
One officer was shot in the chest but the his vest caught the bullet and he ended up only suffering minor bruising to his chest. The second officer was hit in the hand but is expected to recover.
Now that this this piece of trash is in custody we can hopefully get information from him to make sure that this doesn't happen again. Of course the liberals have tied our hands so much in interrogation methods and other ways of finding information vital to discovering and preventing future terrorist attacks. We can only hope that Trump is elected into office and we can do what needs to be done to keep Americans safe.
