A federal appeals court has ruled that the NSA has illegally been collecting and listening to your phone conversations. Despite the fact that a court has determined this is illegal the program is still being allowed to continue. Any sane citizen is all for spying on terrorists and suspects that need to be tracked but violating normal law abiding citizens in an illegal manner is questionable.

What do you think? Should congress allow this program to continue or should it be shut down?
Is it helping us stop terrorism or allowing big brother to invade its citizens privacy?
