BREAKING: Obama’s Amnesty Not Only Will Grant Illegals Tax Refunds But Also This MASSIVE Govt. Benefit
The issue of immigration reform is on longer a policy issue, but rather an all out assault on every working American family who plays by the rules, paying their taxes, while attempting to achieve the American Dream.
However that dream which as been the cornerstone of this Republic since its founding has now given way to a ruthless and relentless attempt by this administration to willfully change immigration law by executive action, by once again ignoring the rule of law in granting illegal aliens the ability to obtain Social Security numbers and work permits thus allowing them the opportunity to claim tens of thousands of dollars in back tax benefits, and allowing them to file “back tax returns” and claiming up to 4-years of tax benefits, which also includes the “Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), and Child Tax Credit.
Senator Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.), an outspoken critic of the administrations amnesty attempt, issued a statement condemning the policy
“These are not tax “refunds” but direct, free cash payments from the U.S. Treasury to low-income illegal immigrants who owe no taxes. It is a dramatic cash transfer from lawful residents to unlawful residents, required by the president's imperial amnesty…there can be no legal or moral justification for rewarding illegal entrants in this way. Not only is it unfair to strapped taxpayers, but it will encourage countless more to enter the U.S. illegally or to illegally overstay their visas”.
The good news if any is that Obama’s amnesty bid has been put on hold by a temporary injunction issued by U.S. Distract Judge Andrew Hanen that in effect blocks the federal government from moving forward on granting amnesty to 4-million illegal aliens. The lawsuit was filed against the administration’s attempt to rewrite existing immigration law and would constitute a direct financial hardship to the state of Texas and 25 other states, It seems that the legal battle lines have been drawn, and it’s now up to the courts to decide, on which side the immigration issue they will finally rule on…stay tune!
