ABC's "Last Man Standing" has fallen and can't get up, despite six highly rated seasons.

ABC announced Thursday it is canceling the conservative Tim Allen sitcom in the midst of a license fee dispute.

The move appears as self-defeating as it is mind-boggling to conservative viewers. It is a sure indication that ABC is willing to cut off its ratings nose to spite its corporate face to appease and preserve a wider liberal audience.

"It was considered the perfect sitcom for the Trump era, hitting ratings highs in its sixth season. But that didn't save Last Man Standing from cancellation today," Deadline reported.

"In it's sixth and final season," adds Deadline, "Last Man Standing averaged a very respectable for any night and especially Friday, 1.2 Live+same day rating in adults 18-064 and 6.4 million viewers, winning its 8-8:30 p.m. time slot. While most returning shows were down year-to-year 20-30 percent, LMS was virtually flat, off just by 5 percent in total viewers and adults 18-49 (L+SD)."

Loyal viewers were outraged and disappointed by ABC's decision to pull LMS. The series featured a married father of three trying to hold on to his masculinity in a world increasingly ruled by women.

"So BUMMED to hear #LastManStanding is being canceled. WTF is wrong with you #ABC!!! One of the best comedies on TV!!!" tweeted Mistress_BookHookah.

Cheyanna Jafke added: "@ABCNetwork you kept this crap #ModernFamily and cancelled #LastManStanding? Are you stupid?"

ABC will just have to suck up its financial losses from LMS's demise, which makes absolutely no sense in light of the show's success -- that is, until you factor in the influence of liberal viewers.

And we all know what a fun-loving and open minded bunch they are.

Jim Goad, author of "The New Church Ladies: The Extremely Uptight World of "Social Justice," sums it up nicely:

"You are ALWAYS getting offended. You spend every waking moment—and possibly most of your dream life—offended. Jesus Christ, I remember when the young’uns were the LAST to get offended, but now you’re the most easily offended people on the f*cking planet. Get a grip, you little totalitarians, or the backlash is going to give you diaper rash."

Tim Allen couldn't have said it better.
